CONCLUSION

As a result of joint efforts of FABSS/DAR, activation of activity of the existing Kharkov Centre and implementation of the  identified project the following  will be achieved:

·         decrease of poverty level of rural population on the basis of increase of efficiency and standards of agriculture, increase of productivity and as a consequence the increase of profitability of livestock husbandry and crop production;

·         empowerment of rural population;

·         increase of living standard of the population at the expense of the food market saturation, revitalisation of competition and price decrease;

·         decrease of unemployment through activation of commodity turnover; attracting of people into agricultural processing and rural services;

·         appearance of   new products and services;

·         increase in general culture of rural population;

·         increase of demand on breeding animals and elite seeds;

·         stabilisation and recovery of the social climate in rural communities in the reform period.
